For beginners

Throughout 2025, we’ve been busy making UniOne even better for you. Our goal has always been simple: to give you powerful tools that make sending marketing and transactional emails easier, more flexible, and more reliable.

This year brought a wave of meaningful improvements – from usability and customization to security and deliverability. Let’s revisit the major milestones that shaped UniOne in 2025.

Unsubscribe Page Customization: Make It Truly Yours

Your brand matters at every touchpoint – including the moment someone decides to unsubscribe. That’s why we’ve introduced unsubscribe page customization

You can now fully brand your unsubscribe page to match your company’s look and feel, keeping the experience consistent and professional. Customize colors, add your logo, and fine-tune the messaging so the page feels like a natural extension of your brand rather than a generic system notice.

A thoughtfully designed unsubscribe page gives you an extra chance to leave a positive impression – and in some cases, encourage valuable feedback on why subscribers are leaving.

Idempotency in email/send: No More Duplicate Worries

We’ve all been there. You hit “Send”, something feels off, you retry – and suddenly the same email goes out twice. Oops!

To prevent exactly this, we added idempotency support to the email/send method.

By including an idempotency key in your request, UniOne can safely detect duplicate submissions caused by retries, network issues, or human error – and send the email only once. Your subscribers get a single clean message, and you don’t have to worry about accidental duplicates cluttering inboxes and bringing complaints.

New “Accepted” Status: Clearer Email Tracking

Understanding what happens to your emails is critical. That's why we’ve introduced a new “Accepted” status.

This status indicates that UniOne has successfully received and accepted your email for processing – before it’s actually sent. It adds an extra layer of visibility to the delivery pipeline, making it easier to debug issues and giving you more confidence in how your email flow behaves behind the scenes.

Google OAuth Authentication: Secure and Effortless

Security and convenience don’t have to compete. With Google OAuth authentication, you can now sign in to UniOne using your Google account – quickly, securely, and without password juggling.

Your account benefits from Google’s robust security infrastructure, while you enjoy a smoother login experience. No more remembering another password. Just click, authenticate, and you’re in.

Enhanced Alert Settings: Smarter Notifications

Managing alerts across multiple domains can quickly become messy. We heard your feedback and redesigned our alert system to give you much more control.

You can now route notifications for different domains to different recipients, ensuring that the right people receive the right alerts — and nothing more. We also simplified the alert configuration process overall, making it easier to define who gets notified about what.

The result: fewer distractions, clearer ownership, and faster reactions when something needs attention.

Sandbox Domain: Test Without the Setup Headache

Getting started with a new email service shouldn’t feel intimidating – especially when you just want to test your integration. That’s why we introduced the Sandbox domain feature.

With Sandbox, you can start integrating and testing UniOne immediately, without setting up your domain authentication first. Run experiments, validate your code, and explore features before you are ready to send real emails.

This long-requested feature is ideal both for developers who want to move fast and for teams evaluating UniOne before fully committing.

Liquid Template Engine Support: More Power, More Flexibility

We all know that one-size-fits-all templates rarely deliver great results. To give you more flexibility, we added support for the Liquid template engine – a particularly welcome addition for Shopify users.

Liquid lets you use variables, conditions, loops, and filters to create dynamic, personalized email content. Whether you’re building complex transactional emails or highly tailored marketing messages, Liquid helps every email feel intentional and relevant.

API Access Filtering: One More Layer of Protection

Security shouldn’t be an afterthought. To further secure your account, we’ve added IP-based API access filtering.

With the new feature, you can restrict which IP addresses are allowed to access your UniOne API. If all your API calls come from known locations – such as specific servers, offices, or cloud environments – you can whitelist only those IPs. Any requests from unauthorized addresses are automatically blocked, adding a simple yet effective safeguard to your email infrastructure.

New Performance Report: Analytics That Actually Help

Collecting the right data is key to success. That’s why we’ve launched a new Performance Report which gives you a clearer, campaign-focused view of how your emails perform. Instead of tracking individual events in isolation, the report groups engagement metrics – reads, clicks, unsubscribes, and delivery – by send date. This makes it much easier to compare campaigns, evaluate content changes, and spot trends over time.

Each email is counted only once per status, regardless of how many times it’s opened or clicked. The area charts show both absolute numbers and percentages, so you get context without losing clarity. You can switch between three views:

* Overall engagement (reads, clicks, unsubscribes);

* Content effectiveness (clicks relative to reads);

* Deliverability (sent vs delivered).

With up to 185 days of historical data and flexible reporting periods of up to 31 days, the Performance Report supports both short-term analysis and long-term strategy.

Control Panel Redesign: Cleaner, Faster, More Intuitive

Last but not least, we completely redesigned the UniOne control panel. The new interface isn’t just a facelift – it’s built to make your day-to-day work easier.

Navigation is more intuitive, key features are easier to locate, and the overall experience feels faster and more responsive. We listened closely to your feedback and designed an interface that stays out of your way, so you can focus on what really matters: creating and sending great emails.

Smarter Deliverability Management and Optimization

Behind all the visible features lies something even more critical: deliverability. Throughout 2025, we invested heavily in keeping our shared IP pools clean, trusted, and stable – so your emails aren’t affected by someone else’s mistakes.

We strengthened IP monitoring, improved rotation logic, and introduced AI-backed anti-spam mechanisms that detect risky patterns early. These proactive enhancements reduced spam-trap hits for individual senders by more than 30%, helping prevent blocklisting before it becomes an issue.

As a result, over the last 30 days we’ve seen zero spam-trap hits across all UniOne shared IP pools, with no active blacklisting and consistently strong deliverability. Our goal is simple: give you a predictable, safe sending environment – without you having to worry about it.

(Curious how this applies to your account? Reach out — we’re happy to share details!)

Looking Ahead

2025 has been an incredible year for UniOne – and we couldn’t have done it without you. Your feedback, ideas, and real-world use cases continue to shape everything we build.

And this is only the beginning. We’re already working on new features and improvements, and we’re excited to share what’s coming next. If you have questions, suggestions, or ideas about any of the updates already done, planned or not even thought of, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re all ears!
