UniOne can be integrated with any CRM system, or other software via SMTP or Web API. We also have several ready-to-use integration options mentioned above in the “Email Automation Tool for Your Needs” section. As for the integration with specific email marketing software, it depends on what you exactly mean by that. In most cases, email marketing platforms already have email automation tools inside, so, in many cases, it makes sense to use the default ones. Yet, if you feel like UniOne’s capabilities in terms of cost and delivery speed will be a better match than the existing email marketing software functionality, please check its API documentation to find out whether it allows you to make outbound API requests including transferring recipients' email addresses to the 3rd-party service.

To set up and configure automated email workflows with UniOne, first of all, you need to connect it with your client management system and create the expected communication scenarios, so we know to whom and when we should deliver each message. At UniOne, we provide two available options for integration into your infrastructure: SMTP and HTTP API. Setting up the SMTP connection might take several minutes while using the Web (HTTP) API in most cases requires software engineering experience. However, the latter is more comprehensive in terms of its capabilities.

No, at UniOne, we do not provide email lists alongside our automation services. Also, we require our customers to use only those email addresses in their lists that have been proactively provided by the recipients and have also been confirmed with the double opt-in (DOI) verification to follow best email delivery practices. Thus, sending any kind of "cold" or "outreach" email campaigns is strongly prohibited at UniOne. In addition, please note that UniOne doesn’t provide the functionality allowing you to upload and manage the email lists inside the platform – all the recipients’ data should be provided via the API request. So when setting up the email marketing automation with UniOne, please ensure you can maintain the email lists on your side.
